Financial instability as a sustained export growth limiting factor of the Russian far east regions

The paper analyses the export dynamics of Russian Far East regions in context cyclical business activity. A multi-regression model with lag variables is formed during correlation-regression analysis, since a tendency for lagging reaction response to fluctuations financial instability indicators was revealed. analysis showed that exports are influenced by factors economic activity, real exchange rates, oil prices and levels external debt relative GDP. During crisis, there short-term pattern growth, but subsequent period, decline output exporters, shortage resources, increase cost materials other costs led reduction sales products export. Financial becoming main source risk requiring regional government intervention support mechanisms.
